Seaside · Half day
West instead of east — ramparts, a Picasso museum, and a cape where the pine trees come down to the rocks.
Most Riviera tours head east to Monaco. Going west is the quieter, greener half of the coast: Antibes with its sea walls and covered market, then the Cap, where the road runs under umbrella pines between the villas.
It ends looking across the bay to Cannes, which is a good place to be at the end of an afternoon.
The route
Ramparts on the sea, the Provençal market, and the Château Grimaldi where Picasso worked for a season and left the contents behind.
A loop around the cape past the pine woods and the villas, with the Mediterranean on both sides.
The sheltered bay on the eastern side of the cape, and the walk along the sentier du littoral if you fancy it.
The view west across the water to Cannes and the Îles de Lérins.

Before you go
Every tour is private and built around you, so we quote per party rather than per seat. Message us and we'll come back personally.
Good to know
It is different rather than better. Monaco is glamour and altitude; Antibes is pine trees, markets and swimming. Guests with a spare day often do both.
Yes — bring a towel and we will build in time at one of the coves. Just say so when you message.
Entry is not included, but we can allow time for it if you would like to go in.
About half an hour along the coast, which is part of the pleasure in an open car.
